Eerueme
Eerueme is the third and final God of Life and controls the domain of blood. He is special in his role as of the three Gods Of life he is the only one who has multiple domains, and whose worship does not come solely from worshipers of life, as the denizens of the churches dedicated to the three may be called. He is widely worshipped by blood sorcerers across the land and many who come to know war and face death, lying on the ground in the pool of their own blood, turn to worship of him. As such, as opposed to the two other parts of life (the intangible soul and the tangible body), blood holds much power and is where all magic within inherently nonmagical creatures stems. Warriors take special precautions not to lose too much blood in battle, as their powers will be weakened.
Eerueme asks little of followers, however all followers nonetheless follow a strict code regarding how to preserve your own body and how to properly and respectfully dispose of your enemies. There are 2 types of ways that are preferred my worshippers of Eerueme. The first entails the use of blunt weapons and that which will not draw blood, merely harming the surface of the body. If this is done in a large scale battle it is customary to gather the bodies of the enemies and drain their blood into a pool, at which point the warriors bathe in the blood, casting away any impurities and any guilt for disposing of the enemies. The second way to dispose of enemies is in the bloodiest way possible. It is well known that monasteries of blood sorcerers produce some of the sharpest and most lethal weapons in the world. Only skilled warriors practice this method, as it is vital that they know the ins and outs of the body of each species of humanoid that they could ever fight, and where to cut to draw the most blood. If you ever see a blood sorcerer skilled enough to use this method the best thing to do, as a wise ronin once said, is "RUN".
Tale of the First Life
Merueeke, God of Body was brought into the world by a passing thought of Lenmare, who was pondering how the world might be able to change and evolve by itself without the constant involvement of Gods. Before him appeared Merueeke and he created the first animals, mindless beings that acted as a hive mind and worked only for a greater goal. Within a day, humans elves and dwarves all existed, having been brought into the world in that order. A week later and these creatures had already constructed a city and castle, a place for them to rest, eat sustain themselves before they progressed to future endeavours. By this point, Senmare had caught wind of the existence of mindless life, and she saw it as an abomination, seeing as all the Gods had minds and freedom why should not their creations made in their image? Thus she made Serudare, God of soul. As Serudare popped into existence out of the nothingness so did the soul, and the beings which once worked together mindlessly began to realize their existences and their differences. Within minutes there was infighting and confusion and as of yet not all beings had souls or minds, so many continued to work as the rest fell into disarray. The city was ruined and the still confused beings were wandering, aimless, dictated only by emotions and passing feelings. Lenmare saw this and knew what needed to be done. He shaped a being that would be able to make the holy fusion of body and soul possible through a new component: blood and logic. Though the beings had mind they were not intelligent and though they had soul it lacked a solid connection too the body. Eerueme, as he came into existence, filled all creatures with blood, representing and acting as this holy fusion, and allowing all creatures to finally be complete. The chaos of raw emotion turned to a frantic attempt to try to survive, as the city was destroyed and all of the creatures were left to their own. This is the beginning of humanoid history, and the end of the tale of the beginning of life, as the three gods each upheld their purpose and granted these key parts of life to the creatures.
