Futanario

Futanario is the only god without a distinctly defined sex within the entire pantheon. They represent the more tame and neutral side of chaos, and embody the interstate between that with solid form. The followers of Futanario are, unsurprisingly, mostly futas. They are not large in number and only major cities are likely to have temples or even conclaves. When someone is born a futa they are seen as blessed by Futanario and no matter what background they are from, most people will accept them as chosen to go be followers of a different god.
