Herubake

Herubake is the god upon whom the entire legal system of the island is based. He represents the uncaring stride for fairness, justice and impartiality. He does not have many active followers, but shrines to him still can be found anywhere that there is a courthouse. All judges and members of the legal system must swear themselves to him and promise to be impartial in all aspects of their lives. Thus the legal system benefits, as Herubake is sure to punish those who do not uphold his ideals. Many judges have been executed by mobs after there have been divine signs that they were not holding up the values of Herubake. Herubake odes not ask for tribute or praise, merely for the law to be upheld, no matter the cost.
