Noshra Retchslurp
Noshra is a massively bloated lacedon (also known as a drowned ghast) lord. She served as a lieutenant under Le Tatterdemalion in the Black Harvest. Known for her voracious hunger and greed, Noshra has a reputation as being the laziest (but most gifted) of the Black Harvest's lieutenants - though that doesn't make her any less dangerous. Rumor has it that she nests in the sunken hull of a ship somewhere in the bay, commanding her shivers of lacedons from somewhere within its murky depths.
