Uyeda Honoka, Scion of the Tempest

Uyeda Honoka is the Scion of Storms. A Human Sorcerer of Orinoh she was killed in a sea battle defending her homeland. She was a powerful Storm Sorcerer who came into conflict with forces being protected by the previous Scion of Storms. With the power of the Third Tetrarch at her disposal, she killed the previous Scion of Storms. In doing so was honor-bound to replace him. The youngest of the Scions, she still retains much of her mortal personality. Though she puts on a face of calm stoicism, she is quick to anger.
