Plot

The viewers of the livestream are welcomed by Billy Bob Don, a never seen before character. He explains that SpyWilliam123 has been neglecting his YouTube channel and he will be taking over. William enters the room and has a quick argument with Billy Bob Don before regaining control of his livestream.
For the rest of the livestream, William plays Skyrim as normal with arroyoefra72 watching and commentating.

Significance

Although this livestream is not an episode of season two, it plays a significant role in its story. "Stream #28 - Modded Skyrim Pt. 10" introduces Billy Bob Don as a character within the story of season two. He would later become a major character and protagonist within the story.
