House "Sev" Seville

House Seville
House of the Fleet Horse

House Seville, or Sev (familiarly), is a Blood Noble House in charge of importing and exporting goods for the Holy Empress and all of her administrators within Ciudal Sahn. Seville specializes in wagon caravans, shipping and moving products and items from one location to another. There are many Houses that import and export, but House Seville is the favorite of the Holy Throne of Hepulchor.

This House is run by the eldest son of six siblings, Lord Amon Sev. House Seville's shipping business has been favored and trusted by the ruling nobles for three generations. They are known to employ many well-skilled guardsmen who protect all shipments with their lives.

Sitting outside the Senate Ward of Ciudal Sahn is a large, three-towered estate house, which is really five buildings; these make up House Seville. The estate includes the house's buildings, and a massive 14-acre estate with seven outbuildings, (for storage, care and maintenance of carts and covered wagons, and various beasts of burden to pull them). There are approximately two hundred armed guards and servants employed within the House and estate grounds. The grounds are bounded by chest-high (on a human) rough hewn stone walls.

House Seville has many holdings within and around Ciudal Sahn.
Amon controls the House Sev business of Import/Export, making over seven thousand gold kings every winter.
House Sev collects over two thousand gold kings from other family members and their businesses.
He himself owns half of the Red Room, (a pleasure palace for nobility in the Senate Ward).
He holds a seat on the Council of the Porters Guild.
The family owns thirteen warehouses in the Docks Ward, and rents them out for monthly income.

If the Empress (or those who serve her: nobles, administrators, museum staff, the taxation and census bureaus) has need of House Seville's shipping arrangements, all other shipping contracts are suspended until her goods are safely delivered. This can lead to some delays, but most are forgiven for the good of the Empire.
