Lord Dante Greve is greedy, cruel and overall a smarmy spoiled noble. Lord Greve became the Patriarch of the family on his twenty-first birthday. His mother stepped down as Head of House and allowed her young son to take over the family. Lord Dante Greve is a well trained businessman and runs his family's holdings better than his father or mother ever did. They have become ambitious to the point of avarice, clamoring for position and power within Merstat's families.

Lady Fera Greve

Previous Head of House Greve. Fera Greve has taken her guards and her servants and moved to the Estate in Araburg, allowing her youngest son to run the family holdings from Merstat. She has split the House guards and left her youngest son less than fully protected, but has since sent allies to help in Merstat.
Lady Fera spends her days in Araburg court with the Count of Araburg, making alliances and furthering the house name.

Samuel Greve

Samuel Greve left home at age fourteen, turning down his position to head the house, and traveled to Kings Watch in search of arcane training to become a master Mage. After failing his tests of the Arcanus Collegium, He skulked the back streets and alleyways of the Trades Ward in Kings Watch seeking hedge mages and exiled necromancers to teach him what they could. Samuel has sold off most of his part of the family fortune to pay wizards, warlock, voodoo shamans and even witches to teach him anything pertaining to wizardry or arcane summoning. He has moved back to Merstat recently, and taken over the library tower in the House. He sneaks out at night, and has had a separate entrance/exit on the backside of the estate grounds, he uses regularly at night.

Samuel takes frequent trips into the mountains and has told his younger brother he will be overseeing the coal production from the family mines.

Tobias Greve

Tobias is sharp minded, but rude. his mouth often gets him into trouble, but he gets flustered in civil conversation and will often reply with violence. Tobias Greve is the child his parents regret. He was a troublemaker since childhood, berating his siblings and beating on other children. An embarrassment to his parents in Araburg Court, he was soon sent to Merstat to be "watched" by the House Guardsmen. Tobias ran away and began hanging out and living with forest bandits. At age 19, Tobias was arrested and sent to Prison in the mines of Mannus. At age 29, he escaped and ran back home to Merstat. Tobias now stalks the Greve compound, watching over the house, and sometimes escorts his older brother out the rear exit of the House and up into the mountain mines.

Ariana Faus-Riven

Ariana Faus-Riven is a noble Court Baroness from Araburg, who arrived last year in House Greve, at the request of the Matriarch Lady Fera. Ariana says simply that she is returning a great favor done for her and her house in Araburg. She has come to help, not only with the accounting of Greve's Treasury, but also her healing skills to help keep the house healthy. Ariana has an interest in Samuel and they are often seen whispering in darkened halls, possibly professional, possibly a romantic relationship.
Ariana has another reason for coming to Merstat to help House Greve... but has yet to unfurl her plan.
