Overview:
Kre'ilk is the grandfather of winter. He is cold wind that blows across the snow, freezing ponds and sending animals to hibernate. He is the great Ice Bear of the North. Controller of the ice crown and ruler of the Bitter Ice. He is Father cold.
He is the first offshoot demigod made from the creation of the Prime Material plane and water and air formed Ice. Kre'ilk is the god of winter, Patron to ice giants, Mountain Giants, Flinds, and a prime Deity in Meri-Jaa. Kre'ilk is one of the known demigods that were born of the elder elemental gods. He was recognized by the ancestral people of Meri'jaa. Frost giants and other giants often give reverence to Kre'lik, as small stacked rocks and ice formed into an altar can be found throughout the frozen North. Kre'ilk and his followers believe that the world is normal once the glacier returns to cover all of Edus. The Age of Ice was before the Ages of man and Kre'Ilk believes this will return. Followers of Kre'Ilk are like the element their god portfolios; cold, quiet and oftentimes violent.
There are massive temples in Meri'Jaa made of ice and rock, often times out in the wild, hidden by snowdrifts.


Appearance:
Kre'ilk resembles a walking Ice elemental shaped like a muscular old man with a beard of ice, or a gargantuan Ice bear standing forty feet at the shoulder.

Recently, there have been sightings of armored warriors claiming holy protection by Kre'lik. These paladins seem to be promoting Kre'lik's words and helping protect the clerics on their many pilgrimages.
