Overview:

A massive sprawling city, surrounding a large hill alongside the Razorfin River, Olto is the northernmost town of Gothmyr and it's gate to Anistlav and the northern nations beyond. A sprawling city, walled and surrounding a massive hill with Olto Keep at its peak, Olto city is a mix of many cultures and a meeting spot for many trying to find their fortunes through the world. Triple-floored chateaus and big walled estates with gardens sit alongside tall holy churches and temples, with administration buildings and shops that often are double storied, with a third floor for the shop owner. The city feels cramped, with all the buildings looking high overhead, but Olto still feels inviting as the walls are not the usual gray stone. Whitewashed city walls and buildings with red clay tiled roofs make the city almost seem out of place for such a northern locale. The only access from Olto North is the massive five-arched bridge of bluestone and iron.

Location:

Olto sits on the Northernmost edge of Gothmyran land Northeast of the capitol city. It stands as a guard from the North, on the southern bank of the cliff-sided Razorfin River. the town covers almost four miles, and most roads that lead north , eventually end at Olto. Leadership:

Olto is run by a council of five elders. These five elders were once part of Gothmyran Royal Court in Kings Watch. Anyone appointed to Olto as part of the council considers it a supreme Honor to defend our Northern border. The current Council consists of:
