Khot-Vuknu Bo

Khot-Vuknu Bo, meaning "Way of the Dragon's Dance" in Common, is a martial arts tradition from the Island-State of Lang-Su. The practice is focused on the duality between inner peace and extreme violence, and the practitioners strive to balance these seemingly opposing forces.

Khot-Vuknu Bo is a highly dynamic martial arts discipline that emphasizes fluid movements and rapid strikes. It is based on the concept of using one's own body as a weapon, with a strong focus on physical fitness, flexibility, and speed.

To focus on their studies, the practitioners of Khot-Vuknu Bo make a pilgrimage at a young age to one of the few monasteries that are located in the highlands of Lang-Su. Here, they are taught important lessons and constantly train there bodies, for the incredible agility, strength, and endurance required to perform the Dragon's Dance. They train extensively in acrobatics, aerial combat, and hand-to-hand combat techniques. They are also skilled in using a variety of weapons, such as the quarter-staff, sai's, and spear.

The art requires great mental and emotional control, and practitioners are trained in meditation and other techniques to achieve inner peace and balance. They are taught to be aware of their surroundings, anticipate their opponents' moves, and adapt to changing circumstances in battle.

Khot-Vuknu Bo is a highly respected tradition in Lang-Su, and its practitioners are often hired as mercenaries or bodyguards for wealthy patrons. It is said that the most advanced practitioners of Khot-Vuknu Bo can perform incredible feats of strength and agility, including leaping great distances, scaling walls, and even running across the surface of water.
