The first is the density of the population they are given to preside over, the second is the size of the faithful they are to tend to. The Grand Justice oversees the entire faith and under them are the Justices, each is given a tract of land, usually a country to oversee and report only to the Grand Justice. Finally are the Investigators, these are usually given a populace or town to oversee and report to the Justices.
