Allied Kingdoms of Eichern

The Allied Kingdoms of Eichern are a number of kingdoms and countries that under Lumengaard and Jaakar Murr's lead have entered into an agreement of peace and cooperation. Under this agreement, kingdoms and countries benefit from the promise of protection and aid from Jaakar Murr's army and Lumengaard's clerics. Under this agreement, kingdoms and countries must outlaw necromancy (though not to the same extent that Lumengaard has). 
Countries and Kingdoms that are not allied are not necessarily opposed to peace or trade. Some prefer to maintain full independence, like Kin Dhemahm - a proud dwarvern nation. Others cannot be extended an offer due to their current war status such as Vespos and Breokar.
