The granter of your wildest dream or your darkest nightmares, Sebar is mostly benign towards the mortal realm, unless something catches his attention. Rarely seen out of his realm in Ajatara though his voice can be heard by those who give in to their madness. In fact, most who are seen as crazy or mad are often called Sebar Touched.

Ajatara

His island is covered in black mist and pale orbs of lights. He stays in a small rickety-looking shack, and a green fire pit out front. He lives the life of a madman, runes and patterns carved into the twisted trees, rocks, ground, anything he can get his hands on.

The ability to grant wishes as he sees fit though it is almost never as the mortal intends and every wish comes with a price. He also keeps everyone on their toes, he always seems to add a bit of madness into everything. He often drives people to do great things, but also tends to break them doing it.
