Elysium

Elysium is the outer plane of the neutral good alignment, accessible through hidden paths of the Silver Sea of Mount Celestia. It is a bucolic place, resembling a vast and serene wilderness with verdant flora and crystalline waters, guarded and inhabited by lesser celestials. Visitors often have difficulty leaving, feeling a persistent peace and joy while in the plane, which is neither hindered by strict law nor beset by forces of chaos.
Even for newcomers, Elysium presents as extremely easy to navigate, so long as travelers do nothing to disrupt the plane's peace. Wildlife is not dangerous to creatures of pure intentions, though they do hunt each other. However, animals in Elysium have little fear of death, as to them it is simply rebirth into another form elsewhere on the plane. Most of the day/night cycle in Elysium is composed of a long sunset and sunrise, during which the sky is alive with every color imaginable.
Elysium has no ruler, formal or otherwise, though many powerful celestials and spirits have their own domains in its bounds.
