Hill dwarf
Hill dwarves are a subspecies of dwarf with keen senses and deep intuition. They are less common than mountain dwarves, more likely to have troglophile societies and interact with other races. After many generations of venturing out under the sun more often than their mountain-dwelling kin, hill dwarves now tend to have visibly sun-kissed skin tones, and, having acclimatized more to the unfamiliar dangers of the wide open surface world, tend to be tougher.
