Vikada

Vikada is a large town on the island of Hesprok to the west of Vundkrag in Reneldi Sea. It is known for Victorious Light University, which stands just to the southwest of the town walls and was founded by Silaqui Anlugthâl. Vikada is governed by Lord Pevin Alastri.
