Ageless One Festival Week

A week-long holiday celebrating the Ageless One's Banishing Smite that saved Ekal from the Ostry Apocalypse four millennia ago. The first half of the week is devoted to the Ageless One and their key tenets, common traditions including:

• Gift-giving (representing the AO's generosity for saving Ekal)
• Housecleaning/getting rid of old items (representing the AO's Banishing Smite)
• Candlelight vigils/rituals where the local spellcasters come together to cast spells defending their community (representing how deities from all over Ekal came together to usher the AO into being and defend the world)

The second half of the week is reserved for all the Ageless One-approved deities and their worshippers to observe all their own unique rituals. At the end of the week massive feasts and festivals are held, celebrating the start of a new year with the Ageless One's blessing.
