Atropus Prophecy

A mysterious prophecy recorded by agents of The Shroud at the Gamerian city of Watchtower in the year 908. While vague and succinct, the prophecy was heard telepathically by the Shroud's agents after defeating a monstrous deity beneath Watchtower's Temple of Helm. Shroud agents have spent years researching the syntax and details of the prophecy to fill in the blanks of this apocalyptic premonition.

After first hearing the prophecy, the four Shroud agents in attendance transcribed the details of the prophecy an accurate rendering of the words. The transcriptions were collated into a single document submitted to Shroud HQ, and to this day only one copy of the prophecy exists.

Historical Details

Public Reaction

Shroud leader Medraad Le Fey decided that the Atropus Prophecy should be kept secret, allowing only the organization's most talented researchers to study the prophecy. Until otherwise stated, the Atropus Prophecy will be treated by the Shroud as a high-level secret such that agents found disseminating information about the prophecy to unauthorized personnel will be executed on sight.
