An enchanted cookbook listing dozens of pastries and meals for the venturesome gourmand to cook. Oozing with fey magic, once per day the book can conjure up a random meal that provides 1d8 temporary hit points to all who consume it but also inflicts disadvantage on all Wisdom saving throws.
For those attuned to the cookbook, they receive the benefits of the Gourmand feat without the ability score increase. The meals and pastries from the cookbook can only be crafted when the user has all the necessary ingredients.
