A female kuo-toa ship captain who operated tours of Lake Yasai from Shisu. With the Oda-Kiri War of 908 cutting into her earnings, Blipool agreed to take adventurers from Seeking Scorpions on a voyage around the Lake to show them some points of interest. She later agreed to sail the party up north towards Younashi for a steeper fee, but she was killed by giant crocodiles halfway through the journey. The adventurers claimed her boat The Minnow for themselves.
