Cressel Rel-Khiat

A male tiefling and world-renowned tailor. Headquarted in the town of Rel-Odar, in 898 he started on a world tour to circumnavigate Pescaliat and discover fashion trends to inspire his future creations. He was on the last leg of his journey in Qilthani when he was approached by members of Rakka's Heroes asking about any clothes he may have sold to an aasimar woman named Hedera. He assisted the party to the best of his ability and designed high-end formalwear for the likes of Pino Chio and Father Eli Anderson, but his memories of any fabrics to Hedera appeared modified by some supernatural power (later identified as the devil Naberius).

Alongside Despero's Genevieve Jaun and Sardivelia's Leo Mancini, he's been praised as one of the greatest designers of his generation.
