Elflands' Fall Festivals

Some minor races hold their fall festivals earlier than others, but all over the Elflands and Gameth this is considered to be a time to celebrate a good bounty and prepare for the long months of winter ahead. The Elflands turns a blind eye to excessive displays of drunkenness, focusing their efforts on cults that will use the time to perform dark rituals and sacrifices.
