Hokan

A former orc underling in the criminal organization known as the Paper Dragons in the Northern Territories. He was intimidated by Balasar to give information about the organization’s plans, and he eventually abandoned the group to join the party. He was good at origami, and him and Tevlin dated after Adam's death. He was murdered by Silk Page forces in the Koulan Forests.
