Territorial Governor
A wealthy duke and governor of the desert city of Anthep. General of the Despero army that conquered the city during the The Siege of Anthep in 847, he was awarded with leadership of the territory for his remarkable service. Tolerating no unrest, he put down revolts with ruthless efficiency. His management of Anthep won him accolades among Despero's nobility, leading to speculation on whether he would join the royal council after King Philippe De Mer's death. After Philippe's death in 922 he was outmaneuvered by Luciana Chabert, shut out of the regency of Queen Ysabel De Mer stuck in Anthep for the foreseeable future.
