Chief of Sabha's police force in the capital city of Orem. She's trained many of the kingdom's dragonborn into capable officers, but without an organized intelligence network several criminal enterprises have flourished in Orem despite her best efforts. In 908 she had a run-in with the dragonborn terrorist Balasar Norixius, holding him in captivity after he burned down part of the city's Grand Bazaar. Her younger sister, Jezean Heshtara, is a renowned singer/enchantress.
