The dragon turtle guardian of the Largas Ocean. As the defender of Ekal’s largest ocean, he’s been known to take decades to patrol every coastline and trench in his territory. He was enslaved by the illithid Gleb during the Sunken God's Reign of Terror, but he was liberated by the adventurer Flora after the Gleb Invasion of 897. In return, the dragon turtle agreed to forego any fines for traveling in his waters and gifted Flora with an enchanted toenail clipping.
