Mowbray

An elven bartender and former owner of the Measure for Measure tavern in the Rakkan city of Qilthani. In 900 he got into a verbal confrontation with a tortle named Zilocke, after which the tavern caught fire and Mowbray was killed by Zilocke in a nearby alleyway.
