Mucalinda
A powerful and ancient naga who controls the Talon of Fuzan lighthouse in western Pescat. Legends have it that he's been fighting the yuan-ti ever since the founding of Sheyuan in the 1st Cycle, and his lighthouse helps to protect sailors from getting too close to Kaifeng.
