An elderly halfling and a preeminent expert on the Elflands Empire. Spending decades studying the centuries-long reigns of its emperors and empresses, Bobbin collected a trove of relics and records in the wake of the Empire's collapse from the Sunken God's Reign of Terror. In 918 he had a meeting with the bugbear adventurer Argus, who was searching for mementos that could help keep elven spirits at bay in the region's marshlands.
