Oswalt Hogcollar

Member of Parliament

An influential halfling politician in the kingdom of Sabha. He advocated for confrontations with Sabha's regional rival Sardivelia and increased security in Orem to ward against yuan-ti threats in the capital of Orem. In the early months of 908 he was assassinated by a band of adventurers known as the Seeking Scorpions on one of his evening strolls near the docks. The killers escaped, but a unicorn was said to be involved in the encounter.
