Ovid

A small town on the border between Rakka and Despero. Composed of mostly tieflings and half-elfs, the city has changed hands several times in modern history. A treaty was brokered in the 740’s that granted control of the town to Despero, but in return the kingdom had to stay neutral in any wars between Rakka and the Elflands Empire. With the collapse of the Elflands during the Sunken God's Reign of Terror, the city's fate has been thrown into doubt as Rakka seeks a larger role on the global stage. 

A profitable dairy industry resides here.
