Takagi

A human male and chef from Kiri Clan. After the Oda-Kiri War it became harder to run a business amidst the chaos, turning to a life of banditry after warlords from the Kiri Remnant kidnapped and ransomed his family. He tried to rob the Fortunate Five in the Koulan Forests in early 919, but he was the lone bandit to be spared after he surrendered and provided the party with information about the area. 
Granted some money by Bubbles'  generosity, he rescued his family and fled to the safety of Shogun Tolball's warcamps around the city of Nekutalin. After the city was conquered and New Tolball he settled in town and founded a tavern specializing in BBQ food, attracting pirates and adventurers from all walks of life.
