Trynnicus Greenclaw

A blue dragonborn male and former Protector of the Lotan Conservation. As neighboring nations industrialized with powerful weapons and machines, Trynnicus took a more punitive approach towards merchants and travelers who disobeyed the Conservation's strict rules for entering the kingdom.
Despite his hardline stance against foreign interference, his kingdom was nearly destroyed in 908 by a wandering sorcerer named Balasar Norixius. Balasar's wildfire raged for months, burning over half of the Conservation's landmass and destroying entire tribes of grung and lizardfolk in the process. Tyrnnicus' government proved unable to fund the recovery efforts, forcing him to abdicate the throne in favor of his younger sister Perra Greenclaw in 913. Her connections to Sardivelia helped to fund Lotan's recovery while Tyrnnicus disappeared into the deepest reaches of Inner Lotan.
