A male gnome and current leader of the Yosei Clans. His predecessor Rozu Wildcloak kept the clans peaceful and prosperous during times of uncertainty in the Northern Territories, and he hopes to capitalize on this stability to turn his country into a hub for technological innovation to rival the Free State of Thorvald.
