Head Magistrate

A high elf man and the aged head magistrate for the city of Poroshenko in Glace. After a horde of the Sunken God's sahuagin attacked a shipping vessel in Poroshenko's docks in 897 he shut the city down and urged the Royal Knights Brigade to help him investigate the threat and stop it from spreading.
Vadik was the man installed to oversee Poroshenko when it was taken over by Glace in the late 600's, serving in that role for almost 250 years. While many of Glace's elves debate immigrating to the Elflands when their monarch Ludmila Tomic dies, many believe that Vadik will stay behind in his adopted city.
