Wizard on a Stick

An irascible flameskull dating back to the Old Myltev era bound to a walking stick with Soverign Glue. Some archmages created these Wizards on a Stick as a display of their authority, in recent eras they've been forged to immobilize flameskulls and stop their fiery rampages. 
Wizards on a Stick are willing to reign in their violent tendencies if the weilder agrees to help free them from their stick. One of these sticks, Thranoslav, is currently wielded by the Fortunate Five adventurer Beguiler.
