Quessir Ath Tel'Nelath

The Quessir Ath Tel'Nelath (or people of the seasons) are a collaboration of four villages in the Feywild. Each village - often referred to as a camp - is reflective of one of the four seasons of the year; spring, summer, autumn and winter.   Residents of these camps - which consist mostly of eladrin and elves, with a few half-elves and humans mixed in - will often move between the camps depending on their current state of mind. This is most clearly seen in the eladrin, who wear their emotions plainly on their features. Should an individual be feeling mournful or sorrowful, they would migrate to the winter camp. If they were feeling bold or aggressive, they may move to the summer camp, and so on.   Each of the camps are within a short 5-10 minute walk from each other. Each camp has continued to expand as new residents join them, and so the number of homes has increased too; over time all the camps have moved closer together.   Between the spring and autumn camps lies a stretch of farmland, which provides most of the camps' food. Animals are also reared here, but do not serve as the dominant food source. Whatever can be grown and salvaged from the land is taken more freely.   Each camp is led by an elder, who together form the 'Council of Seasons'.

Aurelia (Autumn)

Aurelia offers a calm and relaxing setting where nature's bounty is celebrated. This camp is led by an eladrin called 'Twilight Fall'.   Aurelia is where most of the camps' residents go to harvest and produce food. Aurelia has a homely feeling and provides a soft respite for those who wish for quiet, but still wish to be near others. It is generally the place where more intellectual studies may occur too.

Amaya (Winter)

Amaya is a calm and solemn camp, led by Galadriel; an elven nature witch.   Amaya is used as the place for those in mourning to grieve as it houses the shared community's graveyard.   Amaya is where one would find the 'Ilfirin Tarwa' (which loosely translates to 'immortal garden'). This beautiful and ever blooming garden of Roses and Lilies is where council meetings take place. Each camp leader has a single seat, set before an ornate statue of Amaya Moonflower - the founder of the camps.   This statue is believed to give blessings to couples wishing to formalise a long term relationship. As such, a couple in love will go to this statue where they are asked to take their pick or either Lilies or Roses. The couple will then tell the statue what they offer to their significant others – and at this point Amaya is said to give her blessing to the relationship in a way that is unique to each person. From that point, the couple are considered to be engaged.   Quiet is encouraged in the winter camp, so children are rarely seen here. Occasionally parents can be found enjoying the winter camp, when they get a chance to have a break from child rearing. Many craftspeople can be found here, as the quiet provides a chance to focus and concentrate. There are fewer permanent residences in Amaya, as the camp is usually seen as more of a stop-over during periods of mourning, or a home for the quieter members of the community such as the elderly.

Aurora (Summer)

Aurora is seen as the most 'intense' of the camps. It is led by Ruenya, a passionate and no-nonsense eladrin.   Its population consists mostly of younger singles and new families. Aurora's section of the central green is often used to train the body; which includes a pseudo-fighting arena for those who need to let off some steam.   Many passionate and creative activities happen here, but if an individual desires peace and quiet, they simply have to move camps.

Aviva (Spring)

Aviva is where most of the four camps' celebrations take place. It is led by an elf called Feldorn Tel'Ari.   There is a large green in the middle of Aviva, as per the summer camp, but this green is mostly used to craft the necessary materials needed to build homes or furniture. Animals are reared here too.   Aviva is where people will go to have a bit of fun as it generally considered the most cheerful of the camps. It is also seen as the place where one will mostly likely find true love.
