Cidercake
A baked good, a fluffy little cake with a soft and fluffy consistency, usually topped with a sugary glacing. The taste is sweet and sour at the same time.
They are often presented as a small dessert at higher society dances. While their preparation is relatively easy, many chefs consider it a challenge to decorate them in a unique and pleasant manner. Some chefs simply use a single color glazing.
Some artisans, however, even have created very temporary and tasty artwork with these cakes.
