The Gifted's Cypher

The Gifted have been growing in numbers for years. With the Kingdom's sheriffs searching all over the continent for the location of their base of operations the group had to come up with a way for their members to share important messages without them being intercepted. Fortunately their leader, Silas, had spent most of his youth at the dock in Nyle. There he learn about a cypher used my sailors to coordinate routes of the same shipping company without that information getting into the hands of pirates. This strange code hidden in plain messages would help numerous operations for The Gifted. No one thinks twice about wedding invitations, birth announcements, notice board advertisements, or romantic poems.

This simple message kept the group from starving last winter. Part of a set of letters sent down to Nyre, each with bits of information. Silas is currently working on a way to make a code targeted to unregistered magic users not yet apart of their group. Its so far too difficult to balance safety and access.
