Korak (a.k.a. Hamilcar Barca)
Hamilcar Barca, known as the "Korak", is the son of a legendary jungle warrior raised by apes. His father, Acar, was lost as a child in the African wilderness and was adopted by a tribe of great apes. Acar grew to become a fierce protector of the jungle, known to the creatures of the wild as "Acar of the Jungle." Hamilcar was born in the heart of the jungle, inheriting his father's unparalleled strength, agility, and deep connection to nature. His early years were spent learning the ways of the jungle, honing his instincts, and mastering the languages of both men and beasts. As he grew older, he took the name Korak, signifying his prowess as a warrior.
Korak is fiercely independent, a man of action who trusts his instincts above all else. Though he possesses the cunning of a jungle predator, he also has a deep sense of honor and justice. His time in the wild has given him a profound respect for the balance of nature, and he often finds himself at odds with those who seek to disrupt it. Despite his rugged exterior, Korak harbors a strong sense of loyalty and love for those he considers family. His bond with his father was unbreakable, and he continues to uphold the values instilled in him by Acar. Though he has adapted to life in Tir na nOg, he remains connected to the wild places of the world, often venturing into the forests and mountains to feel the pulse of the earth beneath his feet.
Despite his wild appearance, Korak is deepy passionate about technology and information and is often in research mode with one of the Eolais-Ríomhairí.
