Phoebe
Neriphyra
Phoebe is the young heir of the Neriphyra family. She was not sent to the Imperial Academy due to her constant refusals and has instead been taught by a private tutor. Though she's quiet and shy, Phoebe is very intelligent and quick-witted. She also enjoys reading books on history and magic. Phoebe is an excellent student.
Phoebe is quite reserved, yet kindhearted. She is also extremely honest, which sometimes gets her in trouble.
She is the only child of the Neriphyra family, and as such, her parents are very protective of her.
