From literature to mathematics and history, the three heirs were to be brought to perfection.

They were pushed beyond any natural limits as soon as their formal education began; with hardly a moment of free time to spare. They learnt the intricate details of every powerful culture in Elandris, as well as the basics of their languages. Yet most of all were the ancient traditions of Liguria; which were to be carried down through antiquity.
