Alvyn Quiverquill
Alvyn collected much knowledge in his time in the field helping the Little Warriors. Jumping from world to world, dimension to dimension, realm to realm, plane to plane. His thirst for arcane secrets and long lost stories from civilisations and cultures all across the multiverse was so easily sated by the existence of the World Tree. So much knowledge came to him that he barely had time to document it, and the Spellstone that always floated atop his staff could only hold so much at a time. He eventually took on a hireling to stay at the guild and help archive his findings, and in exchange he would teach this upcoming prodigy what arcane magic he could.
Then came Guildfall…
The guild library all but destroyed, his Spellstone erased and memories rewritten, Alvyn had to start from scratch. With his apprentice mysteriously long gone (and Rhillaine’s mercurial nature), going out on the field was no longer possible for him, and the poor gnome spent all of his time gathering up and restoring what knowledge he could to the archives of the guild. Some old guild members have memory of his deeds, while fresher initiates only recognise him by name, written on the new Guide he had put together to help bolster the guild back up to strength.
So much time in the tower, so much time alone writing…
No one noticed when he vanished without a trace.
