The Sire of Insanity
A cunning, large and powerful greater demon - who commands a small army of demons who maintain the occupation of demonkind in the
Galslavan Tablelands following its fall. He is capable of great levels of deception as well as inducing terror and confusion in his victims, and has fingers that grow almost into sword tips in themselves. He is capable of casting many 3rd level or below enchantment and illusion spells at will (such as Major Image and Suggestion) whilst also can once per day cast Confusion and Mass Suggestion. His most notable ability is the creation of an aura in his presence that erodes one's own personality, imposing disadvantage on all Wisdom and Charisma based checks and saving throws.
He is physically described as having two immense minotaur-like horns, a horribly warped maw that is halfway between that of an owl's beak and that of a rat's open mouth with incisors showing, and has green glowing eyes. His skin is the tone of blood all over with extreme musculature, and he wears armour of bones and spikes.
Chaofeng serves as his mount.
