Bri-yaark Tarr

Brother Bertholdt, or Bri-yaark Tarr, is an absolute monstrosity. Standing at 7 foot and wearing simple, lichen crusted monk robes, he appears at first glance to be a pale humanoid covered in deep purple and red bruises. Upon closer inspection, these "bruises" are a vibrant coloured colony of toxic fungus that exists symbiotically with Bri-yaark, bursting forth from his skull and hollow chest to reach down his arms and legs, and allowing him to exist in his undead state. Bri-yaark adores hand to hand combat, particularly with his claws or fists, and will use his poisons gleefully in combat both against the party and on himself, consuming tainted versions of beneficial potions and ignoring their noxious side effects thanks to poison immunity. In a particular favourite strategy, Bri-yaark will slather his torso in a contact poison before wrestling an opponent, his very body being the best weapon he can think to envenom.
