Lunar New War
A were-person draconic cult was found in The Labyrinth hills. They worshipped an Adult Moon dragon who can simulate a full moon using their body. The dragon was found to have a vulnerability to silver and star-infused water. The dragon was forced to retreat. The environmental frost thawed, resulting in the flooding of the base and the creation of a the North Star Lake, it is suffused with the energy of the stars.
