Lady Layla III
Lady Layla (the third) walks through the gates to the town, nodding to the two guards as she does so. As the rain falls down around her she curses it as the disgusting mud continues to soil her overcoat and boots. On first look, you would mistake her for a rogue of sorts, though on closer inspection it is clear that her 'overcoat' is made of the finest material and her very muddied boots not a pair that anyone but a wealthy merchant or noble could afford.
Layla pauses to adjust the quarterstaff attached to her back and considers where she should head to first ... though she already knew the answer to that. As her stomach grumbled she made her way to the loudest tavern and entered. As the door shut behind her, Layla flicked back her hood and shook her head to reveal her shining blonde hair and perfect blue eyes to all. Halfway through pulling her hair back into a ponytail, she looked up to see most eyes suddenly upon her. "What ... haven't any of you sore sights seen a beautiful woman before or something!?", she says loudly. There were a few murmurs as she finished tying her hair and walked up to the bar. "A pint of ale thanks, barman." Then she paused for a bit before saying a bit louder, "And a round for the tavern!" As cheers suddenly erupted around her, a broad smile crossed Layla's face before she slammed down half of the pint that was placed before her.
