Sir Whimsicott Mage-Tail the Third

An absolute dapper fellow, who fills any room with his boisterous laughter, sense of adventure, and larger than life personality. But beware, for if you want to befriend this bureaucratic feline (bureaucratic-cat? ... a bureau-cat???) then there will be some paperwork to fill out!

He can often be seen, inspecting other guild members, to make sure their spellbooks are regulation length, or carrying a clipboard to ensure the rubble is in the proper place it was yesterday. Often carrying a giant clipboard, you cant miss this fellow and his signature tall blue hat bobbing and weaving through the kneecaps of a crowd!

Recently, Sir Whimsicott has posted a sign in the central square of the old guildhall courtyard, announcing that the guild council, is looking to rebuild parts of the guild and its functions and needs your help!
