Clean-up Duty

The guild sent a scouting party to determine the structure and intent for the newly formed Storm Cult.

The party (one-again) ‘borrowed’ a sky-ship from Thal’tai (see GR: Refugee Rescue) to get to the city of Sulan. They decided to ‘park’ the skyship in the coliseum, disrupting an ongoing match and the following skirmish almost had them arrested, with some quick talking and hypnosis they were able to interview a cult-member in return for moving the ship.

The interview ended on bad terms and the party set out to investigate the cult via a local non-cult priest and an ‘on-site investigation’ of the primary cult compound.

Once inside they fell into an illusionary trap before escaping and fighting two of the cult's inner-circle.

One was neutralized but the other escaped the city with the majority of the cult's resources; they will likely return but peace is assured within Sulan for the time being.
